Are you an experienced, solution-oriented project manager who can meet targets and ensure a good process for your customers, your team and other related projects? If so, we’d love to hear from you.
As a senior project manager, you are the epicenter of the project and the glue that keeps it all together. You are the go-to trusted advisor of our customers – on the actual project management as well as on how to further develop their digital business.
You are able to organize, lead, motivate and understand all the different groups involved in a successful project, including designers, digital consultants, UX Designers and developers – in other words the full spectrum of digital people working on site and remotely.
Your working day will consist of quotas, project plans, budgets, client dialogues and all the many tools that create the framework and structure for projects, so you can regularly report on progress to customers and to management. But most importantly, you’ll be spending your time managing projects so they end on schedule and on budget.
Right, here’s the thing. We already know a lot about what your role will be, but we also have an idea about what you’ve been through so far. Of course, you get to sprinkle your own magic along the way in our quest, but to pull your own weight, you need to have:
Simply put, we are concerned with two things. 1) being the best possible workplace for all 70+ employees. 2) Crafting memorable digital products that grow our clients’ businesses and make end-users come back for more.
This sounds like clichées and maybe they are, but we are serious about them. That’s why we continuously survey and monitor employee well-being and launch initiatives based on the results. That’s how the popular Work Away Wednesday-concept came about and why you as an employee are handed a lot of flexibility to plan your work life. You’ll be joining a bunch of really talented people with integrity and devotion for days. We all thrive working in interdisciplinary project teams and for a collective goal. World class digital products.
We recently introduced “Work Away Wednesdays” at Adapt. This means that every Wednesday you will have to work from home, from a café, the office or wherever you want to work from. It is a meeting-free day dedicated to focused work and a day of flexible working hours where you control when you want to work.
